Call for Papers
The Journal of Ethiopian Church Studies (JECS) publishes original research articles, review articles short communications and book reviews. JECS invites authors to submit their manuscripts for publication in the upcoming 10th volume (May 2025). Submissions could focus on, but not limited to, any of the following thematic topics:
- Church history and heritage (archeological) studies
- Monastic life
- Tourism and development
- Diplomacy, administration and economics
- Law, religious proclamations and apologist activity
- Bio-diversity
- Arts, media and communication
- Ge’ez language, literature and Manuscript studies
- Technology and engineering for church
- Medicine, traditional medicine and related issues
- Other pertinent issues related to the church in general, EOTC in particular.
